People who should not take turmeric include those with gallbladder problems, bleeding disorders, diabetes, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), infertility, iron deficiency, liver disease, hormone-sensitive conditions, and arrhythmia.

Turmeric, particularly its active compound curcumin, is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties. While Boswellia is less studied and less popular, research supports its long-term safety and effectiveness for osteoarthritis.

Adults: For average size adults start with 30 drops 3 times per day; may be taken up to 5 times per day.

Dosing Chart For Children

Up to 20lbs

2-3 drops, 2 times daily

21-30lbs

3 drops, 3 times daily

31-50lbs

4-5 drops, 3 times daily

51-75lbs

8-10 drops, 3 times daily

76-100lbs

12-15 drops, 3 times daily

Up to 25lbs

3-6 drops, 2-3 times daily

Best when added to food.

For use with pets 6 weeks or older. Do not use with pets under 6 weeks old. If younger than six weeks, you may dose the mom & the babies will get the benefits of the product via nursing.
