This natural flea and tick prevention supplement helps protect pets from blood-feeding insects such as fleas, lice, mites, mosquitoes, biting flies, and ticks. With organic garlic as a key ingredient, Flea Free works from the inside out—once in your pet’s bloodstream, it emits enzymes that deter female insects from laying eggs.

Benefits of Flea Free:

  • Supports pest resistance with natural ingredients like vinegar, organic garlic, and ginger, which aid digestion and improve absorption.
  • Contains over 200 vitamins and minerals, plus a citrus herb blend providing Vitamin C, antioxidants, and complex carbs.
  • Safe for dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, and reptiles—from young pets to seniors.
  • Pesticide-free, chemical-free, and safe for children and all household pets.

Our air-dried garlic contains only 397 µg/g of allicin, significantly lower than raw or freeze-dried garlic, while still delivering the full spectrum of garlic’s nutritional and enzymatic benefits with reduced toxicity.

This liquid flea control food additive is a safe, easy-to-use, and effective natural flea prevention supplement for everyday use.

Description

Natural Pet Products journey to provide a natural solution for biting pests began in 1984 when trying to resolve a flea infestation.  Unaware of the dangers of toxic flea & tick products at the time, they used a product which left two of their beloved shelties dead within a short time of application.  Heartbroken they vowed to never use a poisonous based pet product again.

For two years they spent countless hours researching to find a better solution.  This led to understanding what has long been known; garlic is the answer.  During this time the only garlic based preventative was a large horse pill!

Mike, a chemical engineer & his wife Clara Ashmore began cooking a version of the current recipe for their pets.  Based on very old recipes found during their research, this solution proved to not only provide a parasite free pet but a healthier one as well!  They started giving out free samples to friends & family with nothing but positive results!  Today this product is sold as Flea Free Food Supplement!  Shortly after they started formulating other great products like; shampoos, garden sprays & topical repellents.

Their goals are to give you, your beloved pets & our environment, a longer happier, healthier, natural & parasite free life.  All of you are a big part of the journey & it wouldn’t be possible without everyone of you & your pets. You are all a part of our Natural Pet Products family!

What is the shelf life once opened? Gina F asked on February 7, 2025

Flea Free is about 1/3rd heat treated distilled white vinegar by volume so it should not spoil in normal storage conditions. Keep the product in a cool dry place and as always away from any direct sunlight.

Is garlic safe for pets to use for flea control? Common Q. asked on February 4, 2025

The garlic in Flea Free Food Supplement is air dried which removes about 2/3rds the allicin content (the component that can be toxic in sufficient quantities) while retaining the beneficial components known to help with insects. A majority of Flea Free is water, followed by vinegar so the garlic & citrus/herb blend are a fraction of the whole formula. If they consume a little or a lot it isn't going to be problematic for your pet!

Is there a product that kills flea eggs? Common Q. asked on February 4, 2025

Flea Free nor the CIC diatomaceous earth kill flea or insect eggs. Beneficial nematodes can however consume fleas and their eggs. You can usually find these at your local nursery where they cultivate nematodes that work better in your climate zone. They usually need to be applied in the lawn and garden in the spring time, they typically can last a full season! Excellent to use in conjunction with other tools like Flea Free we highly encourage you inquire locally for more information.

What kills fleas fast naturally? Common Q. asked on February 4, 2025

Flea Free is not a pesticide or poison so it will not kill fleas or any other insects, making it very safe to use with your pets. CIC (crawling insect control) diatomaceous earth on the other hand can be used externally to kill fleas and many other insects quickly. It does not kill eggs so you will need to leave the product down or reapply to catch those hatching egg cycles.

What is the best all natural flea prevention? Common Q. asked on February 4, 2025

While there are numerous solutions to flea problems; garlic, brewers yeast, citronella, eucalyptus, peppermint, tea tree and even rosemary.. We prefer Flea Free as it is ready made for use and carefully formulated to work without the need to carefully measure out a dose of the aforementioned options.

  1. Laruie aka Miriam’s Daughter

    Hello Wolf Creek Ranch,
I wanted to let you know how great I think this product, and your super service are!

I purchased a smaller bottle a month or so ago and the improvement in my large black dogs (brothers who are Black&Tan Coon Hound/Doberman) was almost immediate. Within a couple of days, their skin was improved with dander and scratching gone! I also have a ginger/white cat that has flea allergy dermatitis, doing harm to himself with biting/scratching. We have a long flea season here in Virginia and it has been all out war of flea kill pills/drops/vacuuming. I appreciate the info on your listing that white animals take longer to improve and I am very hopeful that he will improve as well with time.

Chart estimates are based on 1/2tsp cat & 1tsp dog daily food dose

General: SHAKE WELL. Add 1 tablespoon of Flea Free to 1 quart of pet’s drinking water. You can also use from a few drops to 1 tsp daily in pet’s food (judge by pet size). It will not hurt to use it in both water and food. Use each time you give your pets fresh water. Can premix (4 Tablespoons per gallon of water). Keep in a cool place out of the heat, room temperature or refrigeration is fine. Can be used on all pets, birds, horses, and livestock.

Pets over 50lbs may require a larger daily dose. Individual metabolisms vary so increased dosing may also be needed.

Should see results within 2 weeks of use, lighter haired pets may take a short while longer.

Vinegar, Garlic, Lemon Juice & Ginger.

The lemon juice is beneficial in supplying vitamin C, providing complex carbohydrates, & antioxidants. They also reduce free radical damage to tissue and organ systems. The ginger, along with the vinegar, help with digesting the Flea Free, to make sure that the Flea Free gets into your pet’s system so that it can work.

Animals eight weeks or less don’t produce new red blood cells so never give them garlic.

Always be cautious with any medicine or supplement for pregnant dogs. Consult your holistic veterinarian when feeding garlic to expectant mothers. Garlic also changes the taste of breast milk so avoid feeding it to nursing dogs.

Since garlic affects blood clotting don’t use it two weeks before or after any scheduled surgery.

Veterinary herbalist Susan Wynn warns against giving garlic to Akitas and Shiba Inus. These breeds are more sensitive to the hemolytic effects of oxidants such as N-propyl disulphide found in garlic. Consult your holistic vet if you have concerns about your dog’s breed related risks.
