For about as long as we have been in business (over 20 years now!) we had used PayPal for credit card processing & of course their digital wallet features for easier checkouts for all our customers. Last year when updating the website to a more modern featureset we decided to transition to Square as our primary payment processor, which of course offers digital wallet features along with Cash App, Google & Apple Pay. A major driver of this move was due to some unfortunate issues being reported by many of you about either being pulled back into a long deactivted PayPal account or sometimes being unable to see checkout options, like manually entering your payment information as a “guest”. Since this transition we have not had any complaints about the array of payment options showing up so we are very happy we made this move.
That being said, with this new platform we have the ability to add multiple payment processors and we have done just that; PayPal & Venmo has now been added/enabled in the checkout options. If you prefer to use your PayPal wallet you will now be able to do so along with using the quick and easy functions of Venmo.
