We just added a new chat feature for some of those quick and simple inquiries that setting aside time for a phone call or writing a lengthy email for isn’t necessary. You will notice this new little chat bubble on the bottom right hand side of the site on both desktop & mobile devices. Responses will vary but having this will allow for engagement outside of the normal business hours as its easily accessed on the go via a mobile app on our end. Working through this new tool, hopefully we can allow for a transition to email inquiry when we can’t get back in a timely manner (yes we do sleep).
